Yesterday I was in the car with Natalie, picking up a prescription at the drug store. We were going through the drive-through and were sitting waiting for our turn. Natalie was watching Ice Age on the DVD in the car.
I looked back and she had tears coming out of her eyes. I thought the air conditioner was blowing too strongly in her face, so I turned it down and asked her if that was better. She said she didn't "have tears" because of the air...it was because "the lion went down."
She wiped her face and said that it just made her sad. She's gotten upset over things she's seen on television before, but these were the first tears!
