So Natalie's walk-a-thon was last Wednesday afternoon. I took Sydney over to check it out and we watched her run/walk several laps. She was having a fun time and doing great! It was cute...they had a little water station set up, and the principal marked their cards everytime they finished a lap.
In the paperwork, it said that the children would have the opportunity to go around 8 laps. So Chris decided to sponsor her for $1.50 a lap...to make it more exciting for her than a set amount.
On Wednesday when she got home, I checked her card. TWENTY LAPS. I had to laugh and called Chris to tell him he was paying $30 to the school, not $12! LOL!
I did try to take pictures at the event, but I left my memory card in the laptop at home. Darn it.
