In the middle of the night, I was up with Sydney trying to get her back to sleep. I was sitting in her dark room, next to her crib when I heard Jacob getting up.
He wandered around the house - I could tell he was looking for me - and the last place he checked was Sydney's room.
He stood in the doorway sleepily and said in his sweet little voice, "Want kisses?"
