For years I have been making various berry sauces to eat over waffles and pancakes. Have I mentioned my love of pancakes & waffles?Anyway, it's hard to mess up fruit & pancakes. But up until now I hadn't found a berry sauce recipe that was perfection. I have found the absolute best blueberry sauce recipe, though!! At least according to my tastes. I have made it a few times now and every time I eat it over pancakes or waffles I just want to eat myself sick! It is heaven.
