It seems like everything around here needs to be replaced right now!
The master bathroom is torn down to the studs and Chris has been working on remodeling it...the big project.
We had water damage to our carpet when everyone had a stomach virus a couple weeks ago. We had been planning to replace the flooring this year anyway so we decided now is the time. We ripped the carpet in the hall where the damage was, and have been looking into flooring. We want laminate (wood-look) in the living areas, and new carpet in the bedrooms. So I have to make a final decision and get things ordered...Chris will start putting in the laminate after his trip and then we'll have someone install the carpet. That means moving EVERYTHING in the house around. Not looking forward to the process. Can't wait for the laminate, though!!
Yesterday the dryer stopped working. While Chris is gone, of course. This morning an appliance repair guy is coming to take a look and let me know what's wrong. What do you want to bet that I'll be shopping for new dryers by tonight??
Good thing we're rich...haha...
