Although we've had a string of cooler weather lately (in the 70's), a couple of weeks ago it was pretty hot and the kids were enjoying a lot of playtime outside in the water. I took the following pictures on May 28th.
We got a new Slip 'n Slide and I set it up on the front lawn. Sydney likes playing in the little reservoir at the end...it's like her own personal toddler pool!
Jacob even gets to do therapy outside when it is nice. On this afternoon he was on the front lawn with two staff members, working to be able to jump in the pool. He was a little distracted by Sydney and Natalie playing on the Slip 'n Slide...
Natalie was so cute on going down the Slip 'n Slide...she was trying hard and was a good sport about getting soaked. She is always a lot of fun 
doing activities!
Once Jacob was done with therapy, he spent some time in the pool and also trying out the Slip 'n Slide. He couldn't quite get the concept of running and jumping, and enjoyed just crawling down the slide, getting wet from the little sprinklers (he called them "fountains").
Sydney finally had enough time in the water and was looking cold, so I wrapped her in a towel and plopped her in the wagon to warm up. She looked so relaxed after her playtime in the sun!
