I've been working on weaning Sydney since she turned one a few weeks ago and she is being pretty resistant about it. I think the main issue is that she really doesn't want to use a sippy cup. We are working on it, though.
I have been slowly increasing the number of hours per day when I won't nurse her. It's been from 8-10 am, noon-2 pm, and 4-6 pm. I'm adding some more time on today...she has to go from 8-10:30 this morning. It's about 10:15 right now and she's desperately trying to nurse...she's even trying to see if sucking on my shoulder will get her anywhere!

Good luck with the weaning! I have a feeling Lucas is not going to want to wean, of course he's only 5 months so still a way to go! LOL
