Pancakes!

I got up early with Jacob this morning and around 5:00 was getting pretty hungry. I decided I might as well make pancakes!

Jacob LOVES to cook with me right now, and after awhile he came out to the kitchen and helped with the pancakes. He has not eaten them for years, but he will help me mix the batter and cook them. I have been hoping and praying that at some point he would give one a try...I think he'd like them, and do you know what you can hide in homemade pancakes? Veggies! Fruit!

As I type this, he is downing his FOURTH PANCAKE. Yes, you read that right. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
